The Previously Sold-Out Mystery Returns for its Third Summer Night of Adventure
Philadelphia, PA – Get ready for an unforgettable evening of mystery and excitement at Philadelphia Zoo! The third annual “Zoo Done It?,” in partnership with Without a Cue Productions, will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 5:30-8:30pm. New for this year, guests 16+ are welcome to this after-hours scavenger hunt and mystery experience that gives them the chance to uncover the secrets hidden within the Zoo’s enchanting grounds as they embark on a special quest. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their best 1920’s apparel (with comfortable shoes, of course!). Participants will try to solve the mystery with one winning an exclusive chance to return to the Zoo for spooky season and enjoy a private guided tour of The Solitude, a famous American historic landmark which is believed to be haunted. General admission tickets are on sale starting at $70 with early bird pricing expiring soon. Zoo members receive a $10 discount on all tickets. This year’s mystery: The year is 1926. The world-famous Tasmanian tiger has arrived from the London Zoo, and crowds have gathered for its grand unveiling during a lavish celebration. But just as the curtain is set to rise, the tiger vanishes without a trace! Guests become detectives this live-action scavenger hunt, tracking down suspicious characters, uncovering clues, and interrogating live actors who may – or may not – be involved in the daring heist. As alliances shift and secrets emerge, it’s up to the audience to piece together the mystery and discover who stole the rare creature before it disappears forever.
Guests can compete as individuals or teams. Doors will open at 5:30pm. Show starts at 6:00pm. Winners will be announced at 8:00pm and the event will end by 8:30pm. The grand prize includes two Flex Passes to the Red Rum Theater (three shows), a private tour of The Solitude, and a Behind-the-Scenes Experience (maximum of 4-6 guests, availability pending).
