Questions linger in Audubon Park killing

Paige Pfefferle, 19, is charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend, 21-year-old Matthew Hus, of Audubon. Pfefferle remained in the Camden County Jail on Sunday in lieu of $750,000 bail. The stabbing occurred around 2 a.m. Saturday in Pfefferle\’s home on the first block of Pelican Drive in Audubon Park, according to the Camden County Prosecutor\’s Office. Hus was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, where he was pronounced dead at 4 a.m. Pfefferle is a 2009 graduate of Audubon High School, where she was a cheerleader and a coach for the Oaklyn Cats, a local cheerleading organization. She was also attending La Salle University in Philadelphia as a member of the class of 2013.Hus, who lived on Merchant Street, was a 2008 graduate of Audubon High School in a class of about 170 seniors.
