(Gloucester City News June 14 issue)The annual Bellmawr Student Government Day May 24 culminated with a pint-sized \”Council\” meeting that evening.
An entire day of activities was on their packed agenda, visiting various local and county service agencies.
At the evening’s meeting, \”Construction Official\” Colin Kaukeano filled in for \”Mayor\” Taylor Thomas, who was unable to attend.
Area dignitaries including State Senator Donald Norcross (D-5) and Camden County Sherriff Charles Billingham stopped in at the meeting, with Norcross stating that the tough part of being a public official \”is when you have to govern.\”
