(Gloucester City News Feb. 28, 2013 issue) Members of the Gloucester City Planning/Zoning Board last week approved two applications for bulk variances, allowing the property owners to add on to their respective houses.
The first was for a property in the 200 block of South King Street, owned by William Hagan.
Mr. Hagan was unable to attend the meeting, but local attorney William Dilks, as well as Hagan’s brother Pat Hagan, outlined the homeowner’s plans for the property.
