Four Raptors named to NJCBA All-Star Teams

CAMDEN, N.J. (May 15, 2013) – Four members of the Rutgers University-Camden baseball team earned honors from the New Jersey Collegiate Baseball Association when the NJCBA named its Division II/III All-State teams today.


Seniors right-handed pitcher Adam Satanoff (Pitman, NJ/Pitman) and senior first baseman Dave Prager (Deptford, NJ/Deptford) were both tabbed as NJCBA Div. II/III Second Team All-State honorees, while junior third baseman Adrian Gonzalez (Pennsauken, NJ/Pennsauken) was honored on the NJCBA Third Team.


Freshman shortstop Joe Sigismondi (Blackwood, NJ/Highland Regional) was selected on the NJCBA All-Rookie Team.


That quartet helped Rutgers-Camden post a 23-19 record this season and advance to the ECAC Division III Metro Baseball Championship semifinals.
