TRENTON NJ–(June 28,2013)Governor Chris Christie on June 28 vetoed S-968, union-backed legislation that would have restricted school district and local government efforts to save taxpayers funds by subcontracting services. NJSBA praised the Governor\’s action and urged him to veto similar legislation, S-1191.
