High Intensity Patrols Leads To Arrest Of Heroin Dealer on Blackwood Clementon Road | Nixle

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP NJ–On April 22, 2014 at approximately 4:15 PM, a $\"Pta_crossing_mag\"$ Gloucester Township Police Officer observed suspicious activity in the parking lot of the Kmart Store located on Blackwood Clementon Road, while conducting enhanced patrol operations. The officer observed what was believed to be an illegal narcotic sale between the occupants of two vehicles. When the two vehicles separated and exited the shopping center, they were each immediately stopped by other officers independently for a further investigation.
