GLOUCESTER CITY NJ (February 14, 2015)–A Spruce Avenue resident was arrested on Friday, February 13, at approximately 7:00 pm by law enforcement authorities on various charges of possession and distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS).
The Gloucester City Patrol Division and Detective Bureau along with the Camden County Sheriff\’s Department S.E.R.T. Team executed the search warrant at an apartment in the 300 unit block of Spruce Avenue culminating an investigation into the distribution of narcotics (prescription medication) from the residence.
As a result, a quantity of prescription medication and cash were seized. Brian D. Dagostino (43), a resident of the 300 block of Spruce Avenue and target of the investigation, was arrested at the scene without incident. He was charged with possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute, distribution within 1000\’ of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The suspect is presumed innocent until proven otherwise.
