Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has been charged by the Army with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy according to Col. Daniel King, a spokesman for the Army Forces Command. Bergdahl, who spent five years as a captive under the Taliban before he was freed in a May 31 prisoner swap, will face an Article 32 preliminary hearing, said King.
