WOODBURY NJ (March 13, 2015)–After hearing Sean P. Allen (DOB 9/14/73), of Woodbury NJ had made a full confession, a judge today (3/13) denied him any reduction on three separate bails of $100,000 each on charges he used a sawed-off shotgun to rob three Heritage’s stores in the Woodbury area in February 2015.
\”Apparently, the state’s proofs are quite substantial,\” said Superior Court Judge Kevin P. Smith, noting that Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Alec Gutierrez had also pointed out that Woodbury police recovered the shotgun and \”a significant\” amount of ammunition when arresting Allen at his residence on 3/4/15.
