SOUND OFF: Concerned Resident Worried about Fire Pits Causing a Fire

As a homeowner in Gloucester City I am extremely concerned for my safety, the safety of others and the safety of my home in the neighborhood. There are several neighbors that have joined the fad of burning wood in fire pits.

I know that in New Jersey, municipalities are responsible for regulating fire pits for the health and safety of their residents, however, Gloucester City has not lived up to this regulation.
