CLAYTON NJ- Salvatore B. Keenan (DOB 10 2/87), and Kristi L. Keenan (DOB 10/8/78), both of Clayton NJ were arrested Tuesday (8/18) in connection with a fire at a house at 200 New St. In the early hours of August 16,2015.
The fire, believed to have been caused by an accelerant poured on the outside of the house near a water meter, was quickly extinguished by responding firefighters and did not damage the structure. Four occupants of the house were unharmed.
