NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Pa: Megan’s Law Fugitive. Jose Luis Ramos, 47, failed to update his Megan’s Law registration.
The Bethlehem Police Department has an arrest warrant for failure to comply with registration requirements for Ramos.
