LEWES (Sept. 25, 2015) – An investigation into illegal waterfowl hunting in the Lewes area by DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officers culminated in the arrests Sept. 18 of three Sussex County men. Arrested and charged were:
·Harley Marrow, 18, of Rehoboth Beach, with one count each of felony possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, hunting black ducks out of season and possession of unlawfully taken game. Marrow was released on $1,200 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing.
·Job W. Robertson, 18, of Lewes, with one count each of hunting black ducks out of season and possession of unlawfully taken game. Robertson pled guilty to the charges in Justice of the Peace Court 1 in Frankford and was fined $302, including court costs.
