Cape May Court House, New Jersey – Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Chief Christopher Leusner of the Middle Township Police Department announce the arrest of 34-year old Phillip F. Cimini, a resident of Geneva Avenue, Del Haven, New Jersey.
On September 11, 2015, Cimini was charged with two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault, a crime of the first degree and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a crime of the second degree. The charges were a result of an investigation conducted by DFC. Gannon and Det. Rybicki of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit concerning two children, under the age of 18-years old, who were allegedly sexually assaulted.
