GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP–On September 29, 2015 at approximately 8:00 PM the pictured white male suspect, operating a gray early 2000’s Saab Wagon with a roof rack, utilized the Blackwood Clementon Road TD Bank’s drive through to fraudulently withdraw $300 from the victim’s bank account.
