\”Stress Busting for Family Caregivers\” will take place on Tuesday,

January 21st

5 PM to 6:30 PM

at Camden County Senior Services in Blackwood. Caregivers will learn about stress and its effects, practice stress management techniques, and

\”Branching Out to Caregivers\” is a caregiver support group that provides resources and health caregiving. Join us on

January 21st from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

at the Haddon Township Branch of the Camden County Library System to learn about caregiver stress, legal concerns, respite programs, adult medical day centers, Alzheimer’s and dementia education and much more. This event is presented by the Camden County Board of Freeholders, Department of Health and Human Services Division of Senior and Disabled Services and ADRC.
