At approximately 9:00 a.m., officers in the 14th District responded to reports of a shooting in the 7100 block of Stenton Avenue. Upon arrival, police located a 25-year-old malesuffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported by Medic 33 to Albert Einstein Medical Center for treatment. The scene remains active, and no arrests or motive have been established at this time. The investigation is being handled by the Shooting Investigation Group.
Earlier in the morning, at approximately 4:09 a.m., 35th District officers licared a 32-year-old male gunshot victim and a female sitting inside a red Dodge Charger in the parking lot of the district headquarters at 5932 N. Broad Street.
The victim told police he was shot once in the left bicep while sitting inside his vehicle near Hunting Park and Roosevelt Boulevard. He then drove to the district to seek help. Officers transported him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition. The victim reported that two or three unknown males approached his vehicle before opening fire. No arrests have been made, and a motive has not yet been determined. The case remains under investigation by the Shooting Investigation Group.
On November 8, 2025, at approximately 9:08 p.m., a 17-year-old male was walking on the 3900 block of North 7th Street toward Luzerne Street when he was grazed in the right shoulder by a bullet. The victim received a ride from an unknown individual to the area of Broad and Susquehanna, then went home before being transported by his parents via Uberto Einstein Medical Center, where officers later met him. The teen reported hearing multiple gunshots before realizing he had been struck. He took cover under a parked car until the shooting stopped. He did not see the shooter and does not believe he was targeted. The victim was treated and released. The Shooting Investigation Group continues to investigate this incident.
