
Camden, NJ – Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay is pleased to announce the promotions of five veteran members of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
On November 5, 2025, Captain Jose Rosado, Lieutenant James Brining Jr., Lieutenant Jenna Gamble, Sergeant Allison Dubé-Smith, and Sergeant Tanner Oglivie were sworn-in by Prosecutor MacAulay before Chief of Detectives Robert Ferris, Deputy Chief of Detectives Randall MacNair, and Chief of Staff Michael Mangold.
Captain Rosado will supervise the Special Victims Unit, High Tech Crimes Unit, Megan’s Law Unit, Trial Team Unit, Grand Jury Unit, Juvenile Unit, and Community Engagement and Outreach Unit. He began his law enforcement career as a police officer at the Lawnside Police Department in 2006 and later worked at the Barrington Police Department. In 2014, he joined the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as a detective and served in the Narcotics Unit, Homicide Unit, Special Victims Unit, and Domestic Violence Unit. In 2021, he was promoted to sergeant and served with the Grand Jury Unit, Homicide Unit, and Special Victims Unit. In 2024, he was promoted to lieutenant and oversaw the Special Victims Unit, High Tech Crimes Unit, and Megan’s Law Unit as well as served as the coordinator for the Child Abduction Response Team (CART) and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT).
Lieutenant Brining will supervise the Major Crimes Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, and Homeland Security Unit. He began his law enforcement career with the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office in 2012 and served as a detective in the Homicide Unit, Major Crimes Unit, and Homeland Security Unit. He was promoted to sergeant in 2022 and supervised the Homicide Unit, Major Crimes Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, and Homeland Security Unit.
Lieutenant Gamble will supervise the Special Victims Unit, High Tech Crimes Unit, and Megan’s Law Unit. She began her law enforcement career as a police dispatcher with the Cherry Hill Police Department in 2006. She later became a police officer at the Stockton University Police Department in 2014. In 2015, she joined the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as a detective and served in the High Tech Crimes Unit, Major Crimes Unit, and Special Victims Unit. She was promoted to sergeant in 2023 and supervised the Domestic Violence Unit, High Tech Crimes Unit, and Special Victims Unit.
Sergeant Dubé-Smith will supervise the Grand Jury Unit. She began her law enforcement career in 2012 as a police officer at the Rutgers University Police Department. In 2016, she joined the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as a detective and served in the Special Victims Unit, Major Crimes Unit, Homicide Unit, and Domestic Violence Unit.
Sergeant Ogilvie will supervise the Major Crimes Unit and Homeland Security Unit. He began his law enforcement career in 2014 as a police officer with the Riverton Police Department. In 2015, he became a detective the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. In 2018, he joined the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as a detective and served in the Major Crimes Unit, Homeland Security Unit, and Homicide Unit.
