
Woodbury, NJ – Sean M. Flohr, 26, of Levittown, Pa., is facing 11 charges including sexual assault of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child, and child pornography possession and production, Prosecutor Andrew B. Johns announced.
The State’s investigation remains ongoing, and authorities believe additional victims may exist. Anyone with information or who believes they may be a victim on Flohr is encouraged to contact GCPO Detective David Hickey at 856-384-5624.
According to documents filed in this case:
The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit received a tip regarding a post on Reddit where a minor inquired on assistance meeting an adult male to engage in sexual intercourse.
Based on the tip, detectives identified both the minor victim and the suspect, Flohr, and contacted the minor’s guardian.
Soon after, the victim called 911 to report that someone she knew as “Dean” had just left her residence. She further reported that he had brought Taco Bell, a sex toy, lubricant, and condoms, and they engaged in sexual activity. She also stated that he cut her wrist after the sexual encounter.
The victim reported “Dean” had originally made contact via Reddit and eventually transitioned to communicating through Discord. The victim stated she had been instructed to take pictures and videos of her nude and to send them to him.
Flohr was arrested without incident by the Bucks County SWAT Team at his home and is currently awaiting extradition to Gloucester County.

Flohr has been charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault of a victim aged 13-16, two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct, one count of third degree endangering the welfare of a child by possession of child sexual abuse material, one count of first-degree production of child sexual abuse material, and one count of second-degree production of child sexual abuse material.
The maximum terms of incarceration are 10 to 20 years in state prison for the first degree charge, 5 to 10 years for each of the second-degree charges, and 3 to 5 years for each of the third-degree charges.
Prosecutor Johns credited detectives from the Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, High Tech Crimes Unit, and Crime Scene Investigation Unit with the investigation leading to Flohr’s arrest. Prosecutor Johns also thanked the Harrison Township (NJ) and Falls Township (PA) Police Departments and the Bucks County SWAT Team for their assistance in the investigation.
The charges contained in the complaint are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
