The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals in the attached images. On Saturday 3/28/26 & Sunday 3/29/26, Philadelphia Police responded to five (5) bank locations after discovering trap door devices attached to ATMs. These are simple devices placed on an ATM to block cash from being dispensed to the customer. The offenders then return, remove the device, and take the money that was dispensed but not received by the previous user.
The below males then fled in a dark-colored SUV with possible New Jersey registration.
