SARAH Supports Domestic Violence Support Group sponsored by the Jewish Family Children’s Service will be conducting new virtual groups via ZOOM. This supportive and judgement-free group will cover topics including self-esteem, empowerment, coping skills, mindfulness, boundaries, assertive communication, resiliency, cognitive distortions, gratitude journaling and domestic violence resources and education.
Tuesday nights, 7:00pm – 8:30pm on ZOOM. May 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th, June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th and July 7th
