NJ Renaissance Faire 2026

Saturday/Sundays, May 23-24, 30-31, June 6-7, 13-14, School Day – May 29

Burlington County “Fairegrounds” – 1990 Jacksonville Jobstown Rd, Columbus

Named the #9 Renaissance Faire in the Country by USA Today, the NJ Renaissance Faire kicks off their 18th magical season in just over a week!

This season welcomes The Three Musketeers, along with traveling crowd-pleasers Jacques ze Whipper, Pickle Priest, Chaste Treasure, Shelli Buttons, Shakespeare Approves, Lords of Adventure, and more – plus local legends the Knights of Crossford! There’s also over 100 artisan merchants selling a wide variety of beautiful handmade items, from pewter dragons to leather corsets, to delicious food – including the obligatory turkey legs and giant pickles…

But what is there for the children, you may ask…There’s a dedicated kids area called “Molly Grove” with a real mermaid named Opal Whiptail, Swords & Stories Tea Parties with real live Knights, “Unicorn Rides,” magic shows, giant jenga, and more. Plus most entertainers have short shows that are appropriately entertaining for all ages!

And for the adults without children? There’s a Mead Garden run by the South Jersey Celtic Society that’s open all day with Spellbound beer, mead, and sangria, plus an expert Whiskey Tasting every day, and this year a daily Wine Tasting with Valenzano Wines.

The gate opens each faire day at 10am and runs for eight fun-filled hours, including a four-horse joust that cannot be missed, a Viking encampment, adult games as well, such as axe, knife, and star throwing, and archery, plus an opportunity to face-off against your friend in a one-on-one fencing match dressed up in knight armor!

There are FOUR Faire weekends (May 23-24, 30-31, June 6-7, 12-13) with a deaf and hard of hearing day on May 30th with 35 interpreters on site, and a Highland Games exhibition on June 6th and 7th. Schools and Homeschoolers are invited out for a special day for students on Friday, May 29th.

If you’ve never been to a Renaissance Faire, it’s a fun, safe, magically memorable family experience for all who attend. Check out photos and videos on the New Jersey Renaissance Faire social media pages!
