On February 9, 2007. Age 20. Of Gloucester City. This beautiful angel went peacefully into heaven. Surrounded, cared for and loved by her parents Brian W. Peters and Jacqueline Susann Peters (nee Clark) of Gloucester City.
Devoted sister of Alexander Peters and Gabriella Peters both at home in Gloucester City. Dear paternal granddaughther of Cecelia Peters and maternal granddaughter of Magdalena Clark. Survived by many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
Christa was the heart and soul of her family and will always be remembered by all who knew her in life. She was a resident of Voorhees Pediatric Facility in Voorhees from the time she was 5 months old to May 2006. Christa was presently a resident of Devereux House in Berwyn, PA.
Relatives, friends, employees of Voorhees Pediatric Facility and Bancroft School are kindly invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 11:15 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12 Noon at Saint Mary’s R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
Family requests please no flowers for the viewing. Instead, memorial donations be made in Christa’s memory to the New Jersey Pediatric Patients’ Charitable Trust Fund, Inc. c/o Voorhees Pediatric Facility: 1304 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
