Anglers need license to fish in Delaware waters

As we enter 2008, we will see some definite changes, most of which will not be to our liking. You can bet your bottom dollar that the new summer flounder regulations will raise your hackles and there will be others that are not be received with joy.

One of these is that Delaware now has a saltwater fishing license. While this will be of some inconvenience to Jersey fishermen, the reason I am spending time on it is the fact that, without a doubt, Jersey fishermen will also be saddled with a license, possibly this year and for certain by 2009.
