SICKLERVILLE, N.J. — A South Jersey solider returned from Iraq to a surprise homecoming on Saturday morning.Sgt. Donald Brown was in the war zone for about nine months. He returned home about three weeks ago.His wife, Rita, said she wanted to surprise him with a warm welcome home. With the help of other people in Sicklerville, she put on a celebration in her husband\’s honor.
