The statement is incorrect. The facts in the Gonzales matter are as follows;

A request was made to review a copy of Mr. Kain\’s leave usage for calendar year 2007.
The request was denied and I appealed to the GRC for assistance to acquire the information. The city and I entered into mediation with Ms. Fran Snyder as mediator.
