SNIPPET…COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST 19 CITY OFFICIALS-On September 11, 2009, the New Jersey Libertarian Party and its chairman, John Paff filed a complaint with the Local Finance Board against 19 Gloucester City officials, including one member of the City Council, who failed to file financial disclosure forms that were due over 16 months ago.
In March 2009 Paff filed a lawsuit against the City of Gloucester City for violation of the Open Public Meetings Act (OPRA).
