Linwood, NJ, Sept. 3, 2009 – A new, state-of-the-art dialysis center is opening at Linwood’s Cornerstone Commerce Center, filling the last major space at the retail and office complex and providing a much needed increase in dialysis treatment availability in southern NJ.

The new facility, which will open in December, will treat up to 18 patients simultaneously, helping to combat kidney disease, which is increasingly growing nationwide. According to the National Kidney Foundation, in the U.S. alone there are 26 million Americans – 1 in 8 adults – living with chronic kidney disease (CKD,) and another 20 million more are at increased risk.
