Councilwoman Theresa Branella administered the oath of office to Charles Holland as a member of the Brooklawn Borough Police Department during the December Council meeting.
Holland’s wife and son held the Bible for him as he took his oath.
Holland had served as borough officer from January 1996 to September, 2002, and then transferred out through an inter-governmental transfer program, serving in Somerdale and Camden City.
