Obituary: Mr. Elizglie \”Elijah\” Brown of Woodbury

Elizglie \”Elijah\” H. Brown of Woodbury, NJ, on January 20, 2105. He was 48 years old. Legacy Elijah was born in Brooklyn, New York. He enjoyed worshiping and working in stage and production with Faith Fellowship Ministries of Southern New Jersey. Elijah loved sports, especially football and enjoyed cheering on the local teams. He had a passion for music and loved spending time with his son and with his family at get togethers. Family He is the beloved father of Jacob; beloved son of Reanie (Nee Hayes) and Fred Brown; dear brother of Kevin and Alexander Brown and brother-in-law of Eddie Valentin. Paulsboro Fugitive Arrested on Parole Violation

 

 

WOODBURY NJ (January 26, 2015)The Fugitive Investigation Unit of the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office, assisted by the U.S. Marshal’s Service, arrested Michael J. Joyner (DOB 6/10/82), who had been wanted for violation of his parole.

 

Joyner fled when approached and was apprehended 1/23/15 in a wooded area behind his most recent Baird Ave. address in Paulsboro.

 

In addition to the VOP warrant, Joyner was charged with resisting arrest and possession of narcotics- nine glassine bags containing suspected crack cocaine. He was turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department. He is being held without bail.

 

Joyner was paroled 5/29/13 from state prison, where he was serving a five-year sentence on narcotics charges.
