Gloucester City Library has added 250 classic Hollywood horror films to its extensive collection of DVDs. Films feature, among hundreds of others, Boris Karloff, Vincent Price, Jack Nicholson, Buster Crabbe, Basil Rathbone, Bela Lugosi, and Lon Chaney.![\"Gclibdg\"](\"file:///C:/DOCUME~1/BILLCL~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif\")
Included in the collection are entertaining B movies of the 1930\’s through the 1950\’s, as well as some of the most famous films of the genre, such as the silent masterpiece \”Nosferatu\” starring Max Schreck. Each DVD has 3 or 4 complete films, so an entire weekend of viewing is possible from one disc.
In addition to its books, magazines, computers, reference services and children\’s programming, the Gloucester City Library offers 1500 DVDs (and adds the newest Hollywood releases weekly) hundreds of movies on VHS, books on tape, and music on CD. Call the library at 456-4181 for more information.
