Another year is over, and overall it has been a good one for the residents of Gloucester City, Bellmawr, Brooklawn, Mount Ephraim and Westville.
However, there is still some unfinished business — including building a new middle school and developing the waterfront in Gloucester City.
The great news is that in the Gloucester School District, graduation rates rose, as well as state test scores.
