WOODBURY NJ–Damon Bradley (DOB 4/20/69), of Clayton NJ pleaded guilty today (10/21) to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Clayton in 2013.
In a negotiated plea, Assistant Gloucester County Prosecutor Margaret Cipparrone will recommend that Bradley be sentenced to six years in New Jersey state prison and not be eligible for parole for 85 percent of the prison term. He will also be subject to registration requirements of Megan’s Law for sex offenders and at least 15 years of supervision after release from prison. Bradley has been jailed in default of $150,000 bail since his 10/4/13 arrest
Superior Court Judge Kevin T. Smith accepted the plea and tentatively scheduled sentencing for 12/12/14 but noted Bradley must first be evaluated at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center, a facility for sex offenders in Avenel NJ.
