WOODBURY NJ May 22, 2015–Charles J. Ware (DOB 5/12/95), of Deptford, pleaded guilty today (5/21) to a charge of second-degree sexual assault, acknowledging he engaged in oral sex with a girl under age 13 in Mantua Township in September and October 2013.
