National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Marguerite V. Danaher, 98, of Gloucester City

Marguerite V. Danaher (née Berry), of Gloucester City, passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 98, in her home cared for and loved by her children.

Born on July 22, 1927, in Gloucester City, Marguerite was a lifelong resident of the community she loved. She was the devoted daughter of the late John Berry and Cecilia Berry (nee Matthews). Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Danaher, with whom she shared 44 years of marriage. A woman of deep faith, Marguerite was a lifelong parishioner of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Gloucester City.
