Parade Celebration Continues with Haddon Square After Party Featuring Live Music by The Exceptions

Haddon Township and the Camden County Board of Commissioners invite residents and visitors to enjoy an exciting day of music, entertainment, and community celebration during the 4th Annual String Band Parade on Saturday, May 30, culminating with an After Party at Haddon Square from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. featuring a live performance by The Exceptions.

The annual String Band Parade will bring the beloved Philadelphia Mummers String Bands marching down Haddon Avenue from Crystal Lake to Haddon Square from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., creating a festive atmosphere throughout the downtown district.

Immediately following the parade, Haddon Square will transform into a community celebration featuring live music from The Exceptions, food and drinks from local establishments, and family-friendly activities in the heart of downtown Haddon Township.

Viewing and performance locations along the parade route include:

  • Brewers Towne Tavern
  • Reunion Hall
  • The Pour House
  • Haddon Square

“This event is about much more than the parade itself,” said Mayor Randall Teague. “Haddon Square has become an exciting gathering place for the community, and events like this give residents and visitors another reason to spend the evening in Haddon Township enjoying live entertainment, great local businesses, and everything our town has to offer.”
