At issue was the public\’s entitlement to a fifteen-page report written by an attorney who investigated allegations that former Brigantine Police Chief James Frugoli, Jr. sexually harassed a female employee.
At yesterday\’s hearing, Judge Nelson Johnson, sitting in Atlantic City, ordered the City of Brigantine to provide him with an unredacted copy of the report. He will read it in private (i.e. conduct an in camera review) and determine whether or not to release it to me in whole or part.
