WEST LAWN, PA. — Brooklawn Red scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 2-2 deadlock and went on for a 6-2 victory over Elkins (West Va.) in the opening game of the Senior American Legion Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament this morning.
The Brookers will face the winner of this afternoon’s matchup between Doylestown (Pa.) and Stahl (Del.) on Friday at 4 p.m.
