The New Jersey Civic Information Consortium has awarded $630,000 in renewal grants to 13 organizations supporting local news and civic information across the state. The funding will support community-centered reporting, education journalism, multilingual news, youth journalism, environmental coverage, and other efforts to expand access to trusted local information. Since 2021, the Consortium has invested more than $13.5 million in New Jersey local news and information projects.
