The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the suspect, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into the homicide by shooting of a 60-years-old male, that occurred on Monday, August 5th, 2024, at about 2:51 AM, at Rising Sun Avenue and Goodman Street.
