Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinance, numbered #O24-2007 was passed on first reading at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of Gloucester City held on Monday, October 1, 2007 thus:

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING OFF-DUTY MEMBERS OF THE GLOUCESTER CITY
POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUMMARY

Ordinance #O26-2008 provides for policy to set forth guidelines to govern off-duty or secondary employment by members of the Gloucester City Police Department and for the convenience of those persons and entities that utilize such service. The City of Gloucester hereby establishes a procedure policy regarding the use of said officers.

Public Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Gloucester City, County of Camden, New Jersey, held on the 29th day of December, 2008 and will be considered for final passage after a public hearing at a meeting of the Common Council of the City of Gloucester City to be held on the 15h day of January, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall, 313 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, New Jersey.
