Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw announced that a 25-year-old Mount Laurel man has been sentenced to seven years in state prison for sexually assaulting an underage female last year after communicating with her on a messaging app and convincing her to meet in person.
Under an agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office, Jake E. Toczylowski pled guilty in October 2025 to one count of Sexual Assault (Second Degree) in exchange for a seven-year term of incarceration. The sentence was handed down March 18 in Superior Court in Mount Holly by the Hon. Gerard H. Breland, J.S.C.
