The investments include the replacement of five cooling towers and a comprehensive restoration of the Ocean Tower façade.

Cooling Tower Replacement Project

Resorts is moving forward with the replacement of five 40-year-old cooling towers from the center roof with a brand-new energy efficient system. Also being replaced is the roof and structural steel that support the towers.
