
LA CROSSE, WI — David Brown became Rowan’s second national champion in the high jump to highlight day two of the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Brown hit a PR with top effort of 2.15 meters to lead three other Profs in earning All-American honors. He is the third Rowan Student-athlete in as many years to be a national champion and 43rd all-time in program history. Noah Wampole was third (2.12 meters) and Jamile Gantt was fourth (2.09 meters) to earn first-team All-American. Damarion Potts earned second-team honors with his 14th place finish (2.03 meters).
Jason Agyemang clocked in a PR and the top time in the 110 meter hurdles prelims (13.72), which was also a meet record. Agyemang joins Kwaku Nkrumah (13.88) in the finals tomorrow. Anaias Hughes was 12th (14.42) and Val Augustin was 15th (14.63) as the duo garnered second-team All-America accolades.
