Fall flavors have taken center stage at Park Place Prime. Bally’s Atlantic City‘s contemporary steakhouse has introduced a three-course Fall Harvest menu featuring seasonal ingredients and classic steakhouse favorites, priced at $55 per person.
The prix fixe Fall Harvest menu begins with a choice of starter: cherry pepper crispy shrimp with grilled lemon and Calabrian chili aioli; or classic Caesar salad with hearts of romaine, crispy capers, Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano, white anchovy and brioche croutons.
Entrée selections include English-cut boneless prime rib served with natural jus, smashed potatoes and creamy horseradish sauce; salmon Romano with artichoke hearts, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon butter and sautéed spinach; roasted chicken with rosemary jus lié, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus; or flat iron steak with garlic-dusted fries and demi-glace.
For dessert, guests choose between the restaurant’s namesake Park Place Mint Pie or seasonal cheesecake.
Two cocktails are available to pair with the meal: the Blueberry Lemon Drop, made with Grey Goose Le Citron vodka, Cointreau, local blueberries, lavender and lemon, priced at $16; and the Prime Manhattan, made with Michter’s rye, Longbranch bourbon, house vermouth, black walnut bitters and orange bitters, priced at $18.
Park Place Prime is open from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Monday and Thursday; and from 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. For more information or to make a reservation, visit casinos.ballys.com/atlantic-
