Detectives Investigating Shooting in Winslow Township

Detectives are investigating a shooting that injured a man in Winslow Township, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Winslow Township Police Chief Donald Lemons.

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at approximately 9:59 p.m., officers from the Winslow Township Police Department responded to Locust Court in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located a gunshot victim – a 19-year-old male – inside a car that crashed into an unoccupied vehicle parked on Locust Court. The victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital and reported to be in critical, but stable condition.
The investigation is active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
