Cash bar. NO outside alcoholic beverages permitted. BYO snacks!
Amount due according to the number of seats being reserved (entrance fees):
1 ticket = $30 2 tickets = $60 3 tickets = $90 4 tickets = $120 5 tickets = $150
6 tickets = $180 7 tickets = $210 8 tickets = $240 9 tickets = $270 10 tickets = $300
Only pre-paid entrance allowed. Entrance fees are non-refundable.
All seats reserved and pre-assigned. Full tables available for groups of 8 (some tables for 9 or 10 also available) Please order all of your reservations under the same name to ensure your party can sit together. If possible, order all of your reservations at the same time.

Google Forms will email a response to you as a reminder of how many seats you wish to reserve and the payment options. It will include all pertinent information.
Submitting this form reserves your seats, but it is not a guarantee. Once you submit this form, please make payment as soon as possible. If payment is not received within 7 days, your reservation will be released and you would need to re-order.
Within a few days of your payment clearing, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approximately one week before the event, you will receive a reminder email which will include your table number, information on entering the venue, and a list of the baskets.Please be sure to share all emails and information with everyone in your party.
