The Philadelphia Police Department- Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individual depicted in the following video and stills.
On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at approximately 5:30AM, the victim, a 40 year-old female, was chased by a masked offender in the area of 1500 JFK Blvd. The offender made threatening comments as they approached causing the complainant to stumble and sustain injury. The offender fled in to SEPTA Suburban Station after the incident.
- Suspect Description: Black male, 16-20 years old, medium complexion, 5’8″, thin build, wearing a white baby doll style Halloween mask with black hair, and a black/blue plaid backpack.
