WILDWOOD, NJ (November 4, 2026)(CNBNews)Just before shift change for D and C Platoons this morning at 07:47 hours, the 1st alarm assignment was transmitted for a Dwelling Fire in the 300 block of West Marina Ct. in the Anglesea section of North Wildwood.
Companies arrived quickly and found a working fire in a first floor, middle of the row condo unit, of a 2-story multi-family dwelling. The occupant of the unit was able to escape, but suffered significant burn injuries and was transported via Jeffstat MedEvac helicopter to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
The fire was quickly knocked down and confined to the unit of origin. There were no other injuries to civilians or firefighters. Companies operated on scene for approximately 2 hours. The fire remains under investigation. (Wildwood Fire Dept)
